RESPONSIBILITIES • Visit On-Going Sites to ensure work progress is as per the mentioned scheduled and Quality • Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. • Determine labor and materials requirements and organise for the dispatch for the same in a timely manner along with the contractor or suppliers. • Cross-Check and approve all working drawings from the Architect team based on the site dimensions. • Maintain the quality of the submitted documents as per internal QA/QC Policy • Providing Detailed and Regular updates to the client on the progress of work at site. • Conduct project meetings and Maintain project documentation and update project status reports regularly ensure minutes are recorded and distributed to client • Assist in project procurement, including ordering materials, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely payment to vendors • Create accurate and detailed drawings, schematics, and blueprints using AutoCAD or similar software
QUALIFICATIONS • Basic Qualification : BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Desirable qualifications: PMP certification or any Post Degree/Diploma courses in interior designing, CADD, Project Management. • Ready to travel and vibrant. • At least 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the residential architecture interior design industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
