Job Description

  • To build and maintain relations with the builder CRM team across all sites.
  • To share builder team personalized advice on Home Loans, build rapport and provide

quick responses to their inquiries

  • To coordinate with the builder CRM team for the process completion of registrations,

property documentation.

  • Attend the builder complaints and escalate to stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare daily MIS and conduct regular review meetings for the builder team.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving builder team

satisfaction.

  • Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets builder expectations.
  • Source potential Leads from Builder CRM
  • Assist the builder team in collection of part disbursements.
  • To be in sync with the collection target of the builder team
