The Front Office Executive will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, handling front office tasks, and maintaining communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations of the front office. • Keep the office in order • Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints • Answer all incoming calls and respond immediately • Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals. • Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction. • Ensures employees understand customer service expectations and parameters.
